Los pasos para proponer mi auto de coleccion en subasta
1. DESCRIPCIÓN TÉCNICA
Cada vendedor (propietario) deberá llenar un formulario, especificando las características técnicas del auto que desea proponer en la subasta:
NB: La información es confidencial y las evaluaciones son gratuitas.
2. TASACION
Con la información e imágenes proporcionados, los expertos del Departamento Clásicos y Competición de la Casa de Subastas evalúan sus objetos y/o vehículos y le proporcionan una valuación y posibilidades reales de venta en subasta.
3. EL MANDATO DE VENTA
En función de las características y estado del vehículo y, una vez acordado el precio de reserva (precio mínimo de venta), la Casa de Subastas y el vendedor, firman el Mandato de Venta, es decir, el contrato mediante el cual el vendedor autoriza la venta de su bien en subasta pública. Las condiciones generales y particulares que en él se establecen entre las partes son de carácter confidencial.

TIPOS DE SUBASTAS
JP AUCTIONS organiza dos tipos de subastas:
REGISTRO
Para ofrecer posturas (pujas) ya sea de forma presencial o en línea, es imperante completar el proceso de registro a más tardar 2h antes de que dé comienzo la venta. Para participar como postor, un depósito en garantía será necesario.
PUJAS EN LINEA
Cualquier persona puede inscribirse para visualizar la subasta y si desea ofrecer una puja y tener acceso a la ‘sala de ventas en directo’, le rogamos lo haga con 2h de anticipación para que uno de nuestros representantes valide y le confirme su participación como postor. Por lo regular, la plataforma se habilita 15 minutos antes de que la subasta de inicio.
EXPOSICION DE LOTES
Ver, examinar y recabar todas las informaciones es parte del proceso de compra. Para ello, uno o dos días previos a la subasta, le recomendamos que asista a la exposición pública con el fin de examinar personalmente los objetos y vehículos de su interés. Es el momento ideal para registrarse e informarse plenamente sobre las condiciones generales de venta, requisito indispensable para participar. Nuestro equipo está a su disposición in situ para informarle sobre el desarrollo de la subasta, los lotes, el proceso administrativo, y cualquier información o duda que pudiera surgirle.
EL CATALOGO
Ya sea en línea o durante la exposición, el catálogo es el cigüeñal de nuestras subastas. En él se describen claramente las condiciones de venta, la información técnica e histórica de cada lote, los estimados y condiciones de pago y transferencia de propiedad, almacenaje y condiciones de entrega.
LOTES CONSIGNADOS
Con el objetivo de describir cada lote con la mayor exactitud posible, solicitamos a nuestros consignantes la mayor información posible sobre los bienes que serán subastados. En caso de corrección en la descripción, ésta se rectifica inmediatamente en el catálogo en línea y toda aclaración será anunciada durante la exposición pública y al comienzo de cada subasta.
EXPOSICIONES PUBLICAS
Tanto las exposiciones públicas como las subastas por definición son públicas, es decir, abiertas al público en general. No obstante, para participar como postor, es imperativo ser mayor de edad, solvente económicamente y registrarse en línea con antelación para poder ofrecer pujas a distancia o personalmente durante las subastas presenciales.
ADJUDICADO
Términos tradicionales pronunciados por el Subastador, representado por el golpe de martillo, para anunciar que un objeto ha sido vendido (adjudicación) y se convierte en la propiedad de aquel que ha ofrecido la puja más alta. La expresión ‘adjudicado’ o ‘vendido’ acompañado del golpe de martillo, formaliza el contrato de venta y transfiere la propiedad del lote al último postor. Si se adjudica vía telefónica o en línea, anunciará ‘adjudicado al teléfono / en línea’ o bien si se trata de una puja en ausencia dirá ‘adjudicado en ausencia’.
BIEN
Es todo objeto susceptible de ser subastado. En un catálogo se anuncia como ‘lote’. Todos y cada uno de los lotes se subastan en el estado en el que se encuentran en el momento de la adjudicación.
CATALOGO
Es la obra ilustrada impresa donde se enlistan y describen todos y cada uno de los bienes que serán subastados, además de incluirse las condiciones de venta e información importante para los vendedores y compradores. Todos los lotes del catálogo poseen un precio estimado bajo y un precio estimado alto.
COMPRADOR
Es el postor que realizó la puja/oferta máxima por un lote y por virtud del cual se convierte inmediatamente en el nuevo propietario de dicho bien. Confidencialidad Las Casas Subastadoras se atiene rigurosamente al secreto profesional en lo que respecta la identidad de los vendedores y de los compradores.
DERECHO DE TANTEO
El Estado mexicano podrá ejercer el derecho de tanteo según lo establecido por la ley, cuando la venta se realice en subasta pública.
EXPERTO
Es aquel profesional, quien, reconocido públicamente por sus conocimientos técnicos, interviene en una venta en subasta a fin de evaluar la autenticidad del lote y el valor de este, a cambio de una prestación.
ESTADO DE CUENTA
Al final de la subasta La Casa de Subastas entrega al comprador una factura, en la cual figuran las características del lote, la referencia del lote en el catálogo de venta, el precio adjudicado y los honorarios sobre el precio de martillo (conocido como Buyer’s Premium) + IVA sobre los honorarios. Honorarios conocido también como “Buyer 's Premium” es la Comisión que pagan tanto el comprador por concepto de intermediación de la venta.
LOTE
Es todo bien mueble u objeto incluido en el catálogo de la venta. Un lote puede consistir en una sola pieza o un conjunto de objetos (si el Subastador decidiera reunir varios objetos en un solo lote).
MANDATO
Es el contrato entre el vendedor y la Casa de Subastas, por virtud del cual el primero otorga en consignación a la Casa subastadora uno o varios bienes de su propiedad con el fin de proponerlos en venta mediante subasta pública.
OFERTA TELEFONICA
Es la manifestación escrita de intención de compra de uno o varios lotes en una subasta, que puede realizar cualquier persona debidamente registrada que no pueda o desee estar presente físicamente en el Acto de Subasta. Un agente de la Casa de Subastas contacta vía telefónica al postor y éste a su vez participa ‘en vivo’ contra las pujas en ausencia y los postores en sala y las pujas en línea. El Oferente participa en igualdad de condiciones y es representado por el Subastador.
PADDLE
Al inscribirse a una subasta, cada posible postor recibirá una paleta de puja numerada, la cual le identificará al momento de proponer alguna oferta (puja).
POSTOR
Es cualquier persona que, previa y debidamente inscrita a la subasta, manifieste mediante una puja durante el acto de la subasta, su firme voluntad de pagar el precio que establezca el Subastador. Los postores pueden pujar en persona durante la venta, vía órdenes en ausencia, por teléfono o en línea.
PRECIO DE MERCADO
Es un precio referencial que refleja resultados de ventas recientes realizadas, que por sus características, antigüedad y rareza se pueden considerar equivalentes. Es un precio estimado que guía a los compradores y en ningún momento es absoluto. Este precio se establece a título indicativo.
PRECIO ESTIMADO
Es una horquilla estimativa con dos valores que determina el valor de un bien, derivado de una valuación. Por lo general, el precio de salida ronda por debajo del estimado bajo.
PRECIO DE MARTILLO
Es el precio de adjudicación de un lote en la subasta. Una vez adjudicado un lote no se aceptan reclamaciones ni retractaciones.
REGISTRO
Es el proceso que deben cumplir los posibles postores previa el comienzo de la subasta, presentando una garantía de pago (tarjeta de crédito) e identificación oficial. Este trámite le permite obtener la paleta de puja. El procedimiento es el mismo para los postores a distancia o vía telefónica.
PUJA
Es la manifestación de intención real de compra de un postor por un bien durante el acto de subasta, la cual se manifiesta alzando la paleta o haciendo un signo al Subastador y es la oferta por una cantidad superior a las anunciadas por el subastador. El último postor es aquel que habrá ofrecido la puja más elevada y se convierte en el propietario del lote. El Subastador decidirá del porcentaje de incremento de las pujas. Un vendedor no está autorizado a ofrecer pujas por un bien de su propiedad, ni por conducto de terceros.
PUJA EN AUSENCIA
Es la manifestación escrita de intención de compra de uno o varios lotes en una Subasta, que puede realizar cualquier persona debidamente registrada que no pueda o desee estar presente en el Acto de Subasta. El postor indicará en este documento la oferta máxima que desea proponer respecto de un lote, excluyendo los honorarios. El Subastador representará al postor durante la subasta.
SUBASTAS
Es un acto público, en donde sólo la oferta y la demanda establecen el valor del objeto subastado. La venta se fija para un día y una hora específicos en las cuales los compradores interesados participan mediante el sistema de pujas competitivamente por los lotes que se ofrecen. Una subasta es por definición pública.
SUBASTADOR
Es el profesional que dirige la subasta, acepta las pujas de los diversos postores, designa al adjudicatario (comprador) y establece de forma discrecional el desarrollo de la subasta. Durante la subasta, señala el número de lote a viva voz, sus propiedades o características particulares y el precio de salida de la puja, e indica la fluctuación de esta según el orden en que se levantan las paletas numeradas que identifican a los compradores. El golpe de martillo del Subastador indica que el bien ha sido vendido (adjudicado), y anuncia el precio al cual fue adjudicado el lote.
VENDEDOR
Cualquier particular o profesional que desee vender algún bien de su propiedad, a través de la Casa Subastadora, mediante contrato y previa aceptación de esta última.
